3-Card Poker- Online Poker games

Online 3-Card Poker is an interesting variation of online poker that is easy to learn, and fun to play. Based on hands consisting of three cards (hence the name 3-card Poker ) it's like playing two games in one offering separate wager possibilities. These wagers are called Pair Plus and Ante . The player may wager on either or both, and in different amounts in online 3 card poker.

Pair Plus Game:

In this game the player places a wager in the Pair+ bet circle, clicks Deal, and receives three cards . Pair Plus 3 card poker pays out specific amounts according to the player's hand. (the dealer's hand is irrelevant).

Ante Game:

This game by placing a wager in the Ante circle. The player receives three cards, then can opt to either Raise (double the wager) or Fold (lose the ante wager). If the player folds he also loses the Pair Plus wager if one was made. If the player raises, he goes head to head against the dealer's hand. . The dealer must have at least a Queen high hand to qualify. The Ante Game features two kinds of payouts: Normal and Bonus. Normal payouts are depend on the comparison between the dealer and player hands. The dealer's hand is required to qualify with a Queen-high hand. Bonus payouts are awarded if you have a bonus hand combination and do not depend on the value of the dealer's hand.

Possible outcomes:

*Dealer does not qualify: Ante wins 1:1, and the wager is returned to the player.

*Dealer qualifies and player beats dealer: Both play and ante win 1:1

*Dealer qualifies and dealer beats player: Both Play and ante lose

*Dealer qualifies and dealer ties player: Both Play and ante push

3 Card Poker Hand Rankings - from highest to lowest :

Straight Flush A combination of three cards of the same suit in sequence. ie: Ace, King, Queen of Clubs

3-of-a-Kind A hand containing three cards of the same denomination. ie: 4, 4, 4

Straight This is a combination of three cards of any suit in numeric sequence. ie: 5, 6, 7 of any suit

Flush Three cards of the same suit. ie (5, 8, Jack, all hearts)

Pair A combination of two cards of the same denomination, and any other card. ie: 5, 5, 2

High Card If none of the card combinations above are present, the win is determined by the hand with the highest card
